Beam Team Games has had a bit of a run of bad luck with Stranded Deep. While the game has been a successful indie title in terms of sales, it’s languished in Early Access for some time, and also ran into huge troubles with the console publishing side when Telltale’s publishing arm was supposed to be in charge of getting the game ported and out for the PS4 and Xbox One, just until they met an untimely end due to mismanagement and poor business scope.
So the console ports were ultimately waylaid until further notice, and the PC version continued to trudge through the Early Access phase. Well, if you have a copy of the game on PC there are some new and updated cheats and trainers available for you to make use of for Stranded Deep.
The first trainer was recently updated and is available for free from over on the Mr. Antifun forum.
The trainer features the following Stranded Deep cheats:
A couple of caveats before we go any further. This trainer started with some of the earlier versions of the game on Early Access, which dates back to 2015. When the game first entered into Early Access it supported 32-bit and 64-bit options, but over time only the 64-bit options were supported. So the Mr. Antifun trainer requires a 64-bit runtime environment to match the most updated version of Stranded Deep.
Beyond that, you shouldn’t have any troubles running the game with the latest version of the trainer. So long as both are up to date you should be good to go.
There’s another free trainer available for download from over on WeMod.com.
The cheats for the Stranded Deep trainer are listed below:
The cheats are practically the same as the Mr. Antifun trainer and it’s also been updated with compatibility fixes to match the latest version of Stranded Deep.
The cheats cover all the basic necessities of invincibility, increased run speed, and not having to deal with the survival elements that would otherwise force you into the standard survival sim grind. And did I happen to mention that the trainer is free? Because it is.
The next trainer is available for download from over on MegaDev.info.
The cheats contained within the trainer for Stranded Deep are listed below:
The trainer obviously doesn’t contain as many options as the others, but it, too, has also been updated to match the latest version Stranded Deep. The problem, however, is that not all of the trainer options are free. The only free option is the one for infinite stamina. The other options are premium. At the very least it has a god mode.
There’s a premium trainer available for download from over on Cheat Happens.
The trainer contains the following Stranded Deep cheats:
While the trainer is premium, I must admit that it gives you access to some of the best cheats on the market.
You gain access to the infinite item condition, god mode, and the super damage. So not only will you be able to tank through all of the baddies, but you’ll also be able to modify the night and day mechanics, craft items easily, and even move super fast and jump super high, as well as fly, just like Superman.
Now if any of those cheat trainers don’t get the job done, there’s a developer console mode you can use to access some nifty options.
Over on the Stranded Deep wiki, there are a couple of useful console commands to cheese your way through the game. Simply tap the backslash button ” and then type ‘help’ to get a list of console commands.
- devtools.god
- devtools.time
The god command enables a fly mode that allows you to fly around, but take note that it’s not a god mode code. You can still take damage, and incur injuries from falling from high heights.
The time command allows you to modify the game’s time, but I doubt that it will make much of a difference to the actual gameplay that would be beneficial for you.
Stranded Deep is currently available over on the Steam store for $14.99. The game is still in Early Access, but if they can secure a proper console release, then graduation is just around the corner.
